Blaise Commercial Finance source funding for a variety of developments for both residential and commercial uses, including student accommodation, care homes, hotels and industrial units. Since we started the business in July 2017, we have sourced funding of over £30m for our clients.

We benefit from access to a large panel of funding providers where we can source funding of up to 70% of gross development value and combined with other funding sources such as mezzanine and joint venture/equity finance it may be possible to source 100% funding for certain projects. We will seek to find the best funding partner for your individual requirements.

Required information will include:

  • Purchase price or current value of property if already owned
  • Copies planning permission documents
  • Full schedule of build or refurbishment costs including an appropriate contingency budget
  • CV detailing your experience in property development
  • Information on building regulations & warranty providers
  • External confirmation of the anticipated Gross Development Value of the project
