Since starting the business in July 2017, we have supported a number of different projects including

Private residential (new build and refurbishment)
We can source funding of up to 75% of gross development value, with no upper funding limit.
Combined with other funding sources such as mezzanine and joint venture/equity finance, it may be possible to source 100% of costs for certain projects.
