Team member profile - Rakhee Ledder

Rakhee joined Blaise Commercial Finance in 2018. She has a background in Leverage Finance Capital Markets which she gained through working at BNP Paribas, RBS, Fortis and ABN Amro.

Rakhee’s understanding of Development Finance has evolved over the last few years through her direct involvement in schemes such as luxury student builds in the Midlands.

The combination of a finance background together with her development experience has enabled Rakhee to establish a deep understanding of what developers need from their financing partners.

Rakhee has also supported clients in securing Commercial Mortgages, BTL & HMO finance and Bridging facilities - for which Blaise has relationships with an array of funders in the marketplace.

Rakhee says “Since joining Blaise, I’ve been able to work closely with a number of developers and investors to meet their funding requirements. No two deals have been the same, and despite the variety and complexity of each transaction, delivering funding is one of the most rewarding parts of my job”.

Outside of work, Rakhee tries to make it to the gym whenever she can and is kept busy by her one-year old twin daughters.
